Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Soft Engineering LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the LetsTryOn mobile application (the “App”). We built LetsTryOn to be privacy-first: your photos are yours, and we treat them that way.

1. Who we are

LetsTryOn is operated by Smart Soft Engineering LLC, 8 The Green STE B, Dover, DE 19901, USA. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@letstryon.me.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to provide the virtual try-on service. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.

• Photos you provide. Body photos you add and garment images or screenshots you upload to generate a try-on.
• Try-on content. The try-on images we generate for you and any looks you save to your closet.
• Purchase history. Records of in-app purchases and subscriptions, used to deliver credits and restore purchases. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive your card details.
• Device identifier. A device identifier used for core app functionality (such as associating your account and credits with your device). This is not used for advertising or tracking.
• Account information. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the identifier Apple provides and, optionally, your name — used to create and secure your account.

3. How your photos are handled

Your body photos are stored on your device. When you start a try-on, only the single photo you select is transmitted — encrypted in transit — to our AI processing provider to generate the result. We do not use your photos to train models, and we do not share them with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the App. They process data only on our instructions:

• Fashn (fashn.ai) — generates the AI virtual try-on image from the garment and the body photo you select.
• RevenueCat — manages in-app purchases and subscription status.
• Apple — provides Sign in with Apple and processes all payments through the App Store.

5. How we use information

• To generate and display your virtual try-ons.
• To deliver, restore, and manage credits and subscriptions.
• To secure your account and prevent abuse.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.

6. Data retention & deletion

You are in control. You can delete any photo from within the App, which removes it from your device and from our servers. You may also delete your account, which deactivates it and removes associated personal data, subject to limited records we must keep for legal, security, or accounting purposes (for example, purchase records). To request deletion, use the in-app controls or email support@letstryon.me.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

8. Children

LetsTryOn is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email support@letstryon.me. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
